Free verification

A ledger you verify for free is processed in memory and not stored. We keep only aggregate counters (number of visits, verifications and checkouts), with no personal data attached.

Purchases

When you buy, the ledger is stored on our server so that your report stays downloadable, and it is deleted automatically after 7 days. The email address you give at checkout is used only to send you the report and attestation.

Email reminders

If you leave your email on a free tool and tick the consent box, we store it to send the reminders you asked for, until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Processors

Stripe processes the payment (we never see your card details) — Stripe privacy policy. Resend delivers the email with your report — Resend privacy policy. The service is hosted by Hetzner in Germany (EU). Full list and data processing agreement: Trust center.

Cookies and tracking

No cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask for access to or deletion of your data at any time by writing to attest@lumnika.com. Under the GDPR you may also complain to your data protection authority.
