AI literacy plan for your team (EU AI Act Art. 4)

Since 2 February 2025, every provider and deployer of an AI system must take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy of staff and of other people operating or using AI on their behalf (Art. 4). That includes a company whose staff only use ChatGPT or a copilot. There is no certificate to buy: what counts is a plan fitted to each role and a record that it happened. Fill in the form to get both. Runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.

Orientation tool, not legal advice. Art. 4 sets no fixed curriculum or hours: the numbers below are a proportionate starting point to adapt to your people's technical knowledge, experience and the context of use, as Art. 4 requires. Market surveillance authorities enforce it from 2 August 2026 and Member States set the penalties; check whether later amendments (such as the Commission's Digital Omnibus proposal) have changed the text in force for you. Keep the register with your other compliance records.
