If an authority or a customer asks, you need records that the disclosure was displayed in each session, before the first interaction (Art. 50(5)). Log it as an event in your agent trace, then run your logs through the free log checker. Vetro Attest countersigns your Vetro ledger or OpenTelemetry GenAI trace with ed25519 and produces an EU AI Act evidence report. 49 USD, one-off.
